The company is modifying the manner in which it applies lease accounting principles to sales-type leases in its Pyxis medication and supply dispensing lines. This has delayed the filings of its fiscal 2012 Form 10-K and first quarter Form 10-Q.
The company also postponed scheduling of the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders, which will be on April 15.
