Aurora Spine records 21% revenue growth in 2024: 8 things to know

Aurora Spine reported $17.6 million in revenue during fiscal year 2024, an increase of more than 20% over the previous year. 

Here are seven more things to know about the company’s financial report, which was released April 29:

  1. The company had its largest fourth quarter revenue, bringing in $4.7 million compared to $4.04 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. 
  2. Aurora Spine reported an annual positive EBITDAC in 2024, the first in company history. 
  3. By selling more proprietary products, lower inventory costs and a decrease in commissions to distributors, the company had a 60.5% margin in 2024, a 4% increase over 2023. 
  4. The SiLO-TFX SI joint implant had a revenue growth of 135% in 2024. 
  5. Aurora Spine added to its sales force in 2024, reaching more locations in the U.S. and increasing sales, specifically in the second half of the year.
  6. The company had operating expenses of $11.45 million in fiscal 2024, including $3.22 million in the fourth quarter.
  7. Aurora Spine had a net loss of $1 million in fiscal 2024 compared to a net loss of $1.68 million in fiscal 2023.
