Aurora Spine earns second patent for patient-matched implants

Aurora Spine earned another U.S. patent for its Dexa technology for spine implants, the company said Feb. 5.

The new patent will be used to create implants that match a patient’s bone density based on a Dexa scan, according to a news release. The company launched its first implants using Dexa technology in 2022.
