The deal makes Assure the provider of IONM services at two hospitals that serve the Western Colorado and Eastern Utah communities.
The group performs more than 400 procedures annually, which are primarily spine related.
“This agreement demonstrates the sizable market opportunity we are targeting to provide IONM services at rural hospitals and surgery centers,” Assure CEO John Farlinger said. “Many of which are searching for new solutions and committed to providing access, quality of care and reliable staffing at their facilities.
An Assure representative told Becker’s that the company unable to disclose the name of the practice involved in the deal.
