Ascendx Spine Device Receives FDA Approval

Winter Park, Fla.-based Ascendx Spine received FDA approval for its vertebral compression fracture treatment device, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The system is designed to for a minimally invasive single-sided approach, unlike most VCF technologies which require surgeons to pass through both sides of a spinal cord.
