Arthrosurface Launches ToeMATE System

Arthrosurface has launched its ToeMATE system and announced that the first hammertoe correction surgeries using the new system were performed in February.

The FDA-cleared product can be used for fusions and trauma reconstruction. It also allows the surgery to be performed in outpatient surgery centers. It consists of two intramedullary bone screws, a morse-taper interlock pin and hand driven preparation tools.

 

Arthrosurface designs and distributes orthopedic devices for joint preservation, restoration and resurfacing.
