2. The firm plans to support Amendia’s growth initiatives with its $1.6 billion private equity fund, Kohlberg Investors VII.

 

3. Amedica also grew its senior management team:

• Chris Fair as COO and board of directors’ member
• Larry Boyd, PhD, as executive vice president of research and development
• Scott Bruder, MD, PhD, as a Kohlberg strategic advisor and a member of Amendia’s board of directors and executive committee
