Alphatec sees $40 million net loss in Q3: 6 notes

Alphatec reported 27% year-over-year revenue growth in the third quarter of 2024.

Six things to know: 

1. Total revenue was $151 million, according to an Oct. 30 news release. 

2. Surgical revenue grew 30% year over year.

3. During the third quarter, there was a 19% increase year over year in new surgeon adoption. 

4. Alphatec also reduced free cash use to $21 million.

5. Alphatec saw a net loss of $40 million.

6. The company expects full-year revenue to reach $605 million, a 25% increase year over year.
