Alphatec sees 3 organizational and corporate changes

Alphatec Holdings revealed three major structural and corporate changes within the company.

Three changes:

1. Alphatec appointed Karen McGinnis — who has over 20 years of experience in operational and finance roles — to its board of directors, effective immediately.

2. The company made a $10 million drawdown under its financing facility with Squadron Medical Finance Solutions, which will be used for corporate purposes.

3. Alphatec will join the Russell 2000 Index at the close of the stock market on June 28.
