Alphatec sees 21% case volume growth in Q1

Alphatec saw $192 million in first-quarter sales, according to financial results posted May 5.

Five things to know:

1. Revenue was up 13.5% year over year.

2. Surgical revenue was $178 million, a 17% increase year over year. This was driven by a 21% growth in case volume.

3. Net new surgeon users grew 23% year over year.

4. The company expects 2026 full year sales to grow about 15% year over year with $882 million.

5. Alphatec also entered into a new credit facility, including a $125 million revolving credit facility and $175 million Term Loan A, according to a May 5 news release.
