Here are five things to know:
1. Total revenue for the quarter was $23 million, a 3 percent increase compared to the second quarter of 2018.
2. U.S. commercial revenue grew 3 percent compared to the second quarter of 2018, totalling$21 million.
3. Alphatec’s total operating expenses for the quarter were $22.4 million compared to $20.8 million in the second quarter of 2018.
4. As of Sept. 30, Alphatec had $35.1 million in cash and cash equivalents on hand compared to $44.9 million June 30.
5. By the end of the year, Alphatec expects total revenue to range between $92 million and $95 million. The company expects fourth quarter revenue to grow 10 percent.
