Alphatec expands spinal fixation system: 5 things to know

Alphatec Spine, a Carlsbad, Calif.-headquartered global provider of spinal fusion technologies, released its Arsenal Osteotomy Instrument Set, which is an expansion of its Arsenal Spinal Fixation System.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. The Arsenal Osteotomy Instrument Set supports complex spine cases.

 

2. It expands Alphatec’s Arsenal Deformity pipeline program.

 

3. It offers procedural efficiency, ergonomic instrumentation various instruments to align with anatomical differences.

 

4. Posterior column osteotomies, pedicle subtraction osteotomies and vertebral column restrictions are supported by this system.

 

5. Alphatec will present this system at the NASS Annual Meeting in Chicago in October.
