Alphatec CEO offloads additional stock

Alphatec’s CEO, Patrick Miles, disposed 179,375 company shares for about $12.46 to $13 per share, Seeking Alpha reported Sept. 28.

The transaction happened between Sept. 25 to Sept. 27, the report said. 

The latest sale happened shortly after Mr. Miles sold about $2.42 million in shares. That sale was disclosed in an SEC filing and reported pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.

Earlier this year, the company posted $177 million in second quarter revenue.
