AI spine image analysis platform earns FDA clearance

Medical Metrics’ Spine Camp platform earned FDA 510(k) clearance, the medtech company said Sept. 19.

Spine Camp uses artificial intelligence to analyze radiographs of the spine to enhance visualization reports and improve clinical assessments, according to a news release. The platform also integrates analysis into clinical workflows and provides precise measurements of segmental and global parameters.

Medical Metrics was founded in 2000.
