Here are five quick facts about the system:

1. The Plasmafit Pro is a two-piece system with a cementless titanium acetabular shell blended liner.

2. The system also has a highly crosslinked ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene vitamin E blended liner.

3. Plasmafit Pro cup has a hemispherical and slightly flattened design as well as a rough titanium plasma spray on the outer surface to provide a high level of stability for strong primary and long-term implant fixation.

4. The Vitelene liner is formulated with antioxidant protection against wear and oxidation resistance as well as balanced mechanical properties.

5. The Plasmafit Pro cup internal design includes a taper locking mechanism to stabilize the liner for a precise fit on the liner with the cup. The secure fixation can facilitate high stability against tilting and rotation.

6. The cup is coated with titanium porous plasma spray that provides an enhanced surface to help prevent implant migration and stability. The spray is designed to allow biologic fixation between the bone and prosthesis for long-term survivorship.
