DOCS Health of Los Angeles completed enrollment as primary investigators in Centinel Spine's 2-level SMART disc replacement clinical study, the practice said Aug. 1.
The study will evaluate the Prodisc C Vivo and Prodisc C SK devices in patients with symptomatic cervical disc disease, according to a news release. Designed to preserve motion and provide stability, total disc replacements prodisc C Vivo and prodisc C SK offer patients an alternative to cervical fusion.
DOCS aims to utilize data from the study to provide patients with the latest technology in future treatment options for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
