Acrotec acquired Axial Medical, a spine and orthopedic devicemaker based in Warminster, Pa.
Linklaters, a global law firm, oversaw the deal, according to a Jan. 25 company news release. The acquisition will support Acrotec's medtech division and grow its U.S. presence.
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory conditions. Acrotec is based in Switzerland.
