1. Mr. Pontecorvo is a founding partner of Camber Spine, which was created in 2010. At the same time, he co-founded The Institute of Musculoskeletal Science and Education.

 

2. He is equipped with more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic and spine device industries.

 

3. Mr. Pontecorvo began his career at Globus Medical as a key distributor. He developed L5 Surgical as the exclusive distributor of Globus Spine.

 

4. Mr. Pontecorvo left Globus Medical to develop Camber Spine.

 

5. He is also the CEO and founding investor of Puratec, a medical technology start-up that is developing an antimicrobial catheter that utilizes electronically released silver ion technology.
