4 devicemakers changing their C-suites

Here are five spine and orthopedic devicemakers that made new C-suite appointments since July 1.

1. CurvaFix named Mark Foster as CEO.

2. Vertos Medical, a company focused on minimally invasive spine surgery, promoted two leaders to C-suite roles. Former vice president of sales Stephen Paul was named chief commercial officer, and former vice president of research and development Mehrzad Khakpour, PhD, was named chief technology officer.

3. SynerFuse named Bill Koschak as CFO.

4. Ivan Tornos was promoted and is Zimmer Biomet’s new CEO.
