Three things to know:

1. SpineSource recently acquired assets from Kisco International, including the L-Varlock Expandable Lumbar Cage and other devices the company plans to submit to the FDA later this year.

2. The company commercialized Ulrich Medical’s vertebral body replacement, Expandable Wave cage and steerable Loop transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion cage.

3. In 2008, SpineSource launched expandable PEEK and articulating interbody fusion devices from Advanced Medical Technologies, which was acquired by Medtronic in 2012.
