The system has also added Stryker’s ProCuity patient beds, according to an Aug. 30 press release.

The Rosa robot allows surgeons greater precision, control and flexibility during joint replacement procedures.

The facility has also replaced many inpatient beds and emergency department stretchers with Stryker’s beds, which provide enhanced patient comfort and patient safety features. The beds include functions to reduce pressure injuries, built-in bed alarms and a data dashboard, which can ensure patients are properly positioned and help prevent falls.
