5 centers adding surgical robots in August

Becker’s Spine Review reported on five centers that added surgical robots in August.

1. Derry, N.H.-based Parkland Medical Center added Globus Medical’s ExcelsiusGPS.

2. Delray (Fla.) Medical Center added Smith+Nephew’s CORI surgical system.

3. Princeton (W.Va.) Community Hospital added Stryker’s Mako robot.

4. Glen Ridge, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center added Mako’s SmartRobotics.

5. Houston-based INOV8 Orthopedics added Think Surgical’s second-generation TSolution One.
