Zimmer Biomet’s CEO, Ivan Tornos, earned $16.1 million in total compensation in 2025, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker’s April 1 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2022 to 2024. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, bonuses and other pay.
