Zimmer Biomet will relocate its global headquarters to another location in Warsaw, Ind., and donate its current global headquarters building to Winona Lake, Ind.-based Grace College.
Grace College will gain ownership of the building in early 2027. The building, known as Building 3, has served as Zimmer Biomet’s global headquarters since 2001. Zimmer Biomet will maintain a presence in the building, as will Plug and Play, according to the Sept. 3 news release
The new headquarters location houses Zimmer Biomet’s most expansive manufacturing operation. The company said the move will put its global headquarters and manufacturing operation under the same roof.
