Orthopedic medtech company Zimmer Biomet is laying off employees at numerous locations, according to a Jan. 23 report from CBS affiliate WSBT.
Most of the layoffs are outside of the company’s headquarters in Warsaw, Ind., the report said.
Zimmer Biomet is not required to file any WARN notices, as none of the layoffs exceed 50 employees at a single location.
Zimmer Biomet did not immediately respond to Becker’s request for comment.
