Zimmer Biomet and Paragon 28 have commercially launched the Brachiator Mini-Rail External Fixation System.
The new system is designed for correcting bone deformities and stabilizing foot and ankle fractures, according to a Jan. 20 news release from Paragon 28.
The platform includes built-in, in-plane and out-of-plane rotational control to allow surgeons to perform fine, multi-axis reduction even after pins are placed.
Zimmer Biomet acquired Paragon 28 in April 2025.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
