WWE star Braun Strowman undergoes spinal fusion at Andrews Sports Medicine

World Wrestling Entertainment star Braun Strowman underwent spinal fusion surgery for his C4 and C5 vertebrae at Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine, according to a May 2 report from Wrestling Inc.

Mr. Strowman sustained a neck injury during a fight, which was later revealed to be spinal stenosis. He was sidelined from wrestling for 11 months,but plans to get back in the ring soon, according to the report. 

Mr. Strowman said that he received the “best surgery” at Andrews and underwent a period of rehabilitation at the WWE Performance Center.
