What you should know:
1. Tiara Lee attempted to use a fake prescription from nearby Spine Diagnostic Pain Treatment Center for 120 doses of oxycodone.
2. She dropped off the prescription Dec. 28 at a Walgreens. The Walgreens pharmacy staff believed the prescription was possibly forged and after checking with the spine center was told the physician on the prescription had not worked for the center for several months.
3. Ms. Lee returned to Walgreens to pick up the prescription on the 29th and was arrested by deputies.
4. Ms. Lee admitted to creating and using the false prescription pad. She was charged with one count of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
