What 5 Johnson & Johnson execs were paid since 2020

Johnson & Johnson’s CEO Joaquin Duato’s total compensation was about $13.1 million in 2022, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The company’s March 15 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2020 to 2022. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation and other forms of pay.

2020: $10.2 million

Jennifer Taubert, executive vice president and worldwide chair of pharmaceuticals

2022: $8.8 million

2021: $10.2 million

2020: $9.5 million


Ashley McEvoy, executive vice president and worldwide chair of MedTech

2022: $7.4 million

Thibaut Mongon, executive vice president and worldwide chair of consumer health

2022: $7.1 million
