Wellbe’s Guided CarePaths software aims to help patients navigate joint replacement and sports medicine surgeries as well as bariatric procedures. The system uses education, action lists, monitoring and communications. Healthcare providers can also use the platform to prioritize which patients need attention before others.
Wellbe clients include Madison, Wis.-based Meriter-UnityPoint Health, Methodist Dallas Medical Center and Butler (Pa.) Health System, according to the report.
