Innovaccer, a healthcare AI company, has partnered with Olympia (Wash.) Orthopaedic Associates to streamline the practice’s referral and scheduling operations using AI-powered automation.

The collaboration enables the southwest Washington orthopedic group — which includes more than 50 providers across multiple clinics — to reduce referral processing times, automate appointment scheduling and improve patient communication through Innovaccer’s referral copilot and scheduling AI agent, according to an Oct. 8 news release from the developer.

By automating administrative workflows, the partnership aims to enable Oly Ortho staff to focus more on patient care as the organization continues expanding its footprint.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
