Felasfa Wodajo, MD, a musculoskeletal tumor surgeon at Virginia Cancer Specialists in Fairfax, has been named future president of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society.
Dr. Wodajo will lead the international orthopedic and oncology surgery society during its 2028-2029 term, following his upcoming service as treasurer and vice president, according to a Jan. 8 news release.
The Musculoskeletal Tumor Society is recognized for its leadership in research, education and clinical standards related to the surgical treatment of bone and soft tissue tumors.
