Value-based orthopedic implant company acquired

The Orthopaedic Implant Co., which is known for its value-based devices, was acquired by technology company Zeda.

The Orthopaedic Implant Co. provides cost-effective products, and its acquisition will allow Zeda to produce devices for trauma patients, according to a Feb. 14 news release. 

The company will operate as a Zeda Health company. The Orthopaedic Implant Co.’s product line includes orthopedic plates and screws, nails, and external fixation devices, according to its website.
