1. Dr. Echols has more than 40 years of physician experience, and he previously served as orthopedic site director at UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center.
2. He has also served as vice chair of clinical services at the University of New Mexico.
3. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon.
4. He completed residency training in orthopedic surgery at UNM.
