Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics has partnered with USA Gymnastics and will serve as the official orthopedic and athletic training partner for the 2025 USA Gymnastics championships.

Approximately 2,000 elite and developmental gymnasts will compete at the June competition in rhythmic, trampoline and tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics, according to a June 3 news release sent to Becker’s.

“We are honored to support these exceptional athletes with our top-tier orthopedic and sports medicine expertise,” Dave Pezzullo, director of physical therapy at University Orthopedics, said in the release. “Partnering with USA Gymnastics reinforces our deep commitment to athlete health, performance, and injury prevention at the highest levels of competition.”

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
