University of New Mexico adds Drs. David Bennett, Eric Lew: 5 notes

Albuquerque-based University of New Mexico added David M. Bennett, MD, and Eric J. Lew, DPM.

Here are five notes:

 

1. Dr. Bennett is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon focusing on pediatric spine, deformity and trauma.

 

2. He completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

 

3. He completed a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the University of Utah and Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

 

4. Dr. Lew completed a diabetic limb salvage and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Arizona School of Medicine and the Southern Arizona Limb Salvage Alliance in Tucson.

 

5. Dr. Lew will help launch the UNM Center for Healing in the Lower Extremity.
