The clinic is equipped with 22 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, two radiology and ultrasound suites, and an exercise room and will treat all ages and types of patients, from professional athletes to everyday individuals.

The sports medicine clinic is also the first site in Alabama to offer the BEAR procedure for ACL reconstruction, according to a Dec. 4 press release.

Clinical staff will include physicians, care coordinators, certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, radiologists, psychologists, nutritionists and pedorthists.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
