Dr. Freitas is board-certified and focuses on sports injuries, concussion/post-concussion syndrome, shoulder and elbow conditions, spinal cord injuries and acute injury care. He has completed a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University at Buffalo (N.Y.). He is also currently an associate professor of clinical orthopedics at the University at Buffalo’s School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.
