UAMS names Dr. Thomas Frazier chair in hand and upper extremity surgery

Orthopedic surgeon Thomas Frazier, MD, was appointed chair in hand and upper extremity surgery Dec. 19 at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, reports The Cabin.
