The initiative aims to better measure patients’ perception of their medical conditions and treatments to help choose the best treatment path for their goals and lifestyle.
Patients complete questionnaires to help providers understand how their medical conditions affect their quality of life.
Patient information includes physical, social and psychological factors before and after surgery, activity level and mental health.
