Physicians at Bridgewater, N.J.-based Joint Replacement Institute completed their 1,000th outpatient joint replacement.
The milestone comes less than two years after the surgery center began operating, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.
The Joint Replacement Institute is part of Tri-County Orthopedics and is the only freestanding ambulatory surgery center in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Connecticut that is dedicated to solely performing hip and knee replacement procedures.
Paul Lombardi, MD, is the medical director for The Joint Replacement Institute. He is joined by Aaron Forbes, MD, Robert Goldman, MD, and John Dundon, MD.
