Tri-City Medical Center launches American Orthopaedic Association’s osteoporosis program

Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif., has launched the American Orthopaedic Association’s Own the Bone program, which focuses on osteoporosis and low bone density related fractures.

“We are all very excited to be bringing this multi-specialty program to our patients here Tri-City Medical Center’s Orthopaedic & Spine Institute,” said Rachel Anderson, nurse practitioner at the Orthopaedic & Spine Institute. “‘Own the Bone’ will prove to be an essential tool in helping to reduce fragility fractures in our community.”
