U.S. News & World Report released its “Best Hospitals for Orthopedics” 2025-26 list on July 29, with New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery ranking No. 1 for the 16th consecutive year.

U.S. News analyzed data from more than 4,500 hospitals and ranked the top 50 across 15 specialties, including orthopedics. Read more about the methodology here.
