Ronda Stryker ($7.9 billion) is a director of medical equipment company Stryker. Stryker was founded by Ms. Stryker’s grandfather, Homer Stryker. She owns about 6% of Stryker and sits on the company’s board of directors.
Pat Stryker ($3.8 billion) is a grandchild of Mr. Stryker. She now works as a philanthropist, founding the Bohemian Foundation, which supports music, community and civic programs.
Amy Wyss ($2 billion) is the daughter of Hansjoerg Wyss, who founded medical equipment company Synthes. Ms. Wyss worked at Synthes for years before it was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2012 for $19.7 billion.
