A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Sept. 26. The 14,000-square-foot facility will house an orthopedic center, primary care and a podiatry clinic. It also will have another location for Paravida Health and Wellness.

The facility will serve the growing region, according to Dharmendra Verma, MD, a developing partner for Victoria Medical Center.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
