The ransomware attack resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to patient names, Social Security numbers, financial account information, passport information, addresses, dates of birth, health insurance information, medical information, driver’s license numbers, government ID numbers and payment card information.
After an investigation, Teton confirmed that the unauthorized party accessed its systems between Jan. 16 and March 25, 2024.
