Summa Health System divests ownership interest in Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center

Summa Health System, based in Akron, Ohio, has sold its interest in the Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Akron, according to an Ohio.com report.

Summa Health System held a 49.65 percent interest in the joint venture center since 2009.

 

The health system sold its interest to independent, third-party investor, GBS Corp., according to the report.
