Stryker’s 2025 revenue up 11.2%

Stryker saw $25.1 billion in revenue for the full year 2025, according to financial results posted Jan. 29.

Six things to know:

1. Full-year sales were up 11.2% compared to 2024.

2. Full-year orthopedic net sales were $9.5 billion, a 4.3% increase year over year. MedSurg and neurotechnology sales were $15.6 billion, a 15.7% increase year over year.

3. Stryker saw net earnings of $3.2 billion during the full year. That’s a 55.5% increase compared to 2024.

4. The company also saw sales increase 11.4% year over year during the fourth quarter of 2025 with $7.2 billion. Orthopedic sales in the fourth quarter grew 2.2% with $2.6 billion.

5. The company is projecting its 2026 full-year sales to increase 8% to 9.5%.

6. “We had an outstanding finish to 2025, driving double-digit sales and adjusted earnings per share growth for the fourth quarter and full year while delivering adjusted operating margin expansion of at least 100 basis points for the second consecutive year,” CEO Kevin Lobo said in a news release. “Having surpassed $25 billion in revenue, we enter 2026 with significant momentum and are poised to continue delivering growth at the high end of MedTech.”
