Medtech company Stryker has introduced new innovations to its nailing and plating platforms.
The T2 Alpha Humeral nail will provide surgeons with a new implant that can streamline humeral fixation and support efficient surgical workflows, according to an Oct. 14 news release from Stryker.
The company is also working on a novel femur reconstruction fracture system designed for complex femur fractures requiring a dual construct.
The system combines Stryker’s T2 Alpha and Pangea platforms to help surgeons treat complex native and periprosthetic femur fractures, the release said.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
