Helena, Mont.-based St. Peter’s Health Orthopaedics and Helena (Mont.) Orthopaedic Clinic signed letters of intent to partner.
Helena Orthopaedic Clinic will become fully integrated with St. Peter’s Health, making St. Peter’s one of the largest orthopedic practices in Montana, according to a Nov. 25 news release from St. Peter’s Health.
Orthopedic surgeons Erik Bergquist, MD, John Michelotti, MD, and Calvin Schlepp, MD, and physician medicine and rehabilitation specialist Joshua Lider, DO, from HOC will join St. Peter’s.
In addition, St. Peter’s will integrate HOC’s practices in Butte and Conrad, Mont.
The organizations expect the transaction to be completed on Dec. 1, the release said.
